As Senior Advisor and Director of 18F Acquisition, Ashley seeks to evangelize modern procurement practices and agile concepts concerning the strategies, policies, and procedures pertaining to a myriad of digital technology services and products. Priding herself on “real talk” to clients regarding IT procurement, she promotes acquisition being the “tip of the spear” in IT transformation and that we CAN make procurement a joyful experience. Prior to her current role, she served as the Acting Assistant Commissioner for TTS Office of Acquisition and a procurement analyst helping to stand-up the acquisition function at Technology Transformation Services ushering in historical authority for the Office.
